[It is helping. The touch and the words, it's all helping. Yoosung's eyes are shiny as he looks at Katsuki's face, but the tears are subsiding as he takes everything in for a quiet moment. Then smiles, a soft expression, admiring.]

Okay... Um. So it's okay to always tell you what I'm feeling? You don't have to feel the same way all the time, or say things back or anything. You can even tease me for my feelings and I'll probably like it because I know from you that's good.

[He brings a hand up to touch one of Katsuki's on his face, gently leaning into Katsuki's palm.]
