[Not responding to the accusation of calling him sweet though, he just eats more of his frozen yogurt, looking away with a smile and a light blush. Those might be semi-permanent around Katsuki now. Especially the latter thing.]
[Putting down the remote and then taking the spoon from his mouth, Yoosung nods with a smile, then turns his head towards the corner with the cat tree.]
Hana~ ♡
[He calls the cat's name sweetly, and her little white face pokes out of the enclosed space on the tree. Yoosung only has to call her name one more time before she comes out and joins them on the couch. Rika watches with her arms crossed.]
[He spies Rika looking moody as they're talking. Right... he goes into his pocket for his keys as he answers.]
Yeah. I'm all caught up. I'm guessing if you named your cat after Hana, you must like her. So here's the question.
[He unclips a keychain from his keys and holds it out in Rika's direction. Offering it up. It's just a cheap little thing he picked up on clearance. But it's shiny.]
[Rika's eyes sparkle at the appearance of the shiny thing on offer, and she looks up at Katsuki warily as she approaches, slowly, so slowly, then snatches the keychain and dashes off down the hall again, practically bounding in what is clearly joy at a new shiny object.
Yoosung is momentarily stunned by this whole interaction, and he's looking at Katsuki with wide sparkly eyes himself, feeling like his heart is beating double time in his chest. If Katsuki was looking for a way to charm him even harder, being unexpectedly nice to his cats was absolutely the way to go. Especially by indulging one of their weird quirks, it feels... Very sweet, no matter how Katsuki might reject that term.
Oh... Oh, he missed Katsuki's question entirely. Face flushed, he stammers.]
Ummm, I dunno, I guess I haven't decided yet? I like all the characters, so I think I'd be happy with whoever... I guess I just want whoever will make Hana the happiest, you know?
[He drops the name and then watches for Yoosung's reaction. After all... it's not like they've discussed anything relating to sexual identities. He doesn't know how Yoosung's going to take the suggestion of a gay ship.]
[The only reaction that's here is a thoughtful one, Yoosung considering it.]
Yeah, I hadn't really thought about it before, but I could see that. They were happy before as friends, so that's a good starting point for them to be happy together as a couple in the future...
[He gives a shy little laugh like he's admitting a secret before:]
I'm kind of into the whole vampire/human thing too so it's fun because of that~
[Yoosung will probably notice the shift. The way Katsuki relaxes a bit.]
Right? It's strained right now because Aiko is going through such a big change. Aiko keeps pushing her away because she's afraid she'll hurt her. But Hana won't give up on her. She still sees good in her. Even when Aiko is at her worst. Hana still believes she's got those good qualities.
Yeah, that's one of the things I really like about, um, vampire or monster and human, the human helping the other see that there's still goodness and beauty in them, or that even those qualities which they dislike about themselves might be qualities that the human likes? And can show them that's okay?
[He pauses as he thinks, considers the way Katsuki was before Yoosung said anything and then after he agreed with him.]
Katsuki... Were you worried how I'd react because they're both girls?
[For some reason he's happy to hear Yoosung is bi. He brushes that off as being relieved he has confirmation his friend won't suddenly hate him the moment he reveals;]
Yoosung just nods again, because he's unsure whether Katsuki is wanting him to ask about the "sort of" bit or if he'd be more comfortable just leaving it at that, so... He's gonna let Katsuki decide that himself without prompting from Yoosung. While he pets his extremely affectionate cat.]
[The last time this came up... well. It didn't feel like it was received particularly well and he hadn't really understood why...?
And he's still kind of figuring out that part of himself. So he leaves it at that. Letting it drop as his attention pulls back to the screen. Just enjoying the rest of his frozen yogurt and the show.

[He's turning it over in his head. That she likes shiny things. Maybe...]
It's good. Kind of tart, kind of sweet. You don't have bad taste, I guess. B plus.
no subject
[And basically tripped and fell into catching her in a PokeBall. That sure was something.
..kind of tart, kind of sweet? Hmm...]
Does that make you a B plus too, then~?
1/2
[...wait. Did Yoosung just...?]
2/2

[Not responding to the accusation of calling him sweet though, he just eats more of his frozen yogurt, looking away with a smile and a light blush. Those might be semi-permanent around Katsuki now. Especially the latter thing.]
Did you wanna watch something?
no subject
Katsuki gives him a suspicious look.]
...damn straight I am.
[He's sure he's missed something here and that annoys him. But he huffs, slouching as he shoves another bite of frozen yogurt in his mouth.]
Whatever. Put something on.
no subject
Mm? This okay?
[He mumbles the question to Katsuki with his spoon in his mouth, still holding the remote.
Rika is sidling back into the living room at this point, looking bored and uninterested.]
no subject
This is fine. You ever watched any of it before?

Hana~ ♡
[He calls the cat's name sweetly, and her little white face pokes out of the enclosed space on the tree. Yoosung only has to call her name one more time before she comes out and joins them on the couch. Rika watches with her arms crossed.]
I named Hana for the main character!
[He points her out on the screen.]
Have you seen it?
no subject
Yeah. I'm all caught up. I'm guessing if you named your cat after Hana, you must like her. So here's the question.
[He unclips a keychain from his keys and holds it out in Rika's direction. Offering it up. It's just a cheap little thing he picked up on clearance. But it's shiny.]
Who should she end up with?

If Katsuki was looking for a way to charm him even harder, being unexpectedly nice to his cats was absolutely the way to go. Especially by indulging one of their weird quirks, it feels... Ah-- Um... Wh-what..? Hana...?
no subject
Who should Hana choose?
no subject
Ummm, I dunno, I guess I haven't decided yet? I like all the characters, so I think I'd be happy with whoever... I guess I just want whoever will make Hana the happiest, you know?
no subject
So then you're open to hearing opinions?

But damn. Yoosung sure has a way of putting him on the spot. Calling him on things. That question takes him by surprise. But bluntly...]
Not worried. Just... not everyone is cool with it.
no subject
I'm bi. And my big sister is a lesbian. So I'm pretty cool with it.
[Hana reaches up to nudge her face against Yoosung's and he chuckles.]
Hey, we were talking about your namesake, is that not enough attention for you, huh~?
[He gives her pets and even a kiss on the head.]
no subject
I'm gay.
[Well...]
Sort of?
no subject
Yoosung just nods again, because he's unsure whether Katsuki is wanting him to ask about the "sort of" bit or if he'd be more comfortable just leaving it at that, so... He's gonna let Katsuki decide that himself without prompting from Yoosung. While he pets his extremely affectionate cat.]

And the company?]
no subject
Hana decides to move to Katsuki's lap, if he'll let her.
Once Yoosung has finished his frozen yogurt, he scoots a little closer to Katsuki and reaches over to give Hana a few pets.]
I think both my pets have kind of taken to you~ Oh!
[He's just remembered something. Without really thinking it through, he just lets it out the second it enters his mind.]
You know you said you'd pinch my cheeks the next time you saw me and you didn't?
