Did your character willingly come to Iyashikei? If yes, why? Yes! Since the death of his cousin he's felt very adrift and doesn't know what he wants to do. And he loves helping people. Having this mission and purpose will be enough to convince him to come.

That he's stupid. He just hasn't put any effort into studying much since his cousin died, and he's extremely gullible on top of that, not to mention rather innocent and naive. Because of those things combined, he's often perceived as dumb and usually doesn't even correct people when they say so. He'll just laugh and agree. But considering one of his canon endings has him becoming a veterinarian, it's fair to say he's not actually dim-witted.,
